Platform presentation at International Symposium on ALS/MND: “Predicting Phenoconversion to Clinically Manifest Disease: Results of a Large-Scale Proteomic Study”

Targeted proteomics using the Olink platform identified ~80 proteins that changed pre-symptomatically, before ALS phenoconversion.

Using a small subset of these proteins, we were able to predict the timing of phenoconversion.

These findings are critical to future ALS prevention trials.
