To determine whether intermuscular coherence (IMC) has value as a diagnostic and monitoring biomarker for ALS

Enrolling

ALS, Suspected ALS, Controls

– Age 20-90
– Suspected or known to have ALS, or healthy controls

Study Involvement

Demographic data collection and a 45-minute surface EMG session involving brief muscle-resistance tasks.

A subset of participants will be asked to return for follow-up assessment.
